. Need to know.
What would we do without you?!! I booked 2 family affairs on Nov. 2 to
travel to BGI and was quoted 385.00 plus tax. Today in your netletter I read
that there is a sell-off for family affair to the Caribbean effective Nov. 1
and the fare is 299.00 plus tax. So I promptly called AC and the agent is
arranging for a refund. I'm passing this info along first of all to thank you
and secondly so that maybe you could inform others who may be in the same
situation.

Present your parcel along with your Travel Card I.D. at a Main Fed Ex Depot,
preferrable in off hours.
Note: This Discount is NOT available through Fed Ex Agent offices.
Danka and Conrad Karsen sends this information -
In re Netletter 790 and FEDEX, I can understand how it might be
frustrating not to have an office convenient but we were just in
Bradenton, Florida and FEDEX saved us approximately $160.00 over DHL in
shipping a bag left behind by a friends who was leaving for Europe from
New York in two days. By the way, we are very impressed by the
pleasantness of every FEDEX person we have dealt with in different
locations.
Cheers,

. Terry's travel tips.
Danka and Conrad Karsen sends us this information -
In re Netletter 789 and the exorbitant rate for renting a baggage cart
at DCA Reagan Airport.
The rate and return is the same at TPA $3.00 with .25 as your "reward".
However, unfortunately now at Pearson, at least at Terminal II, it's now
$1.00 with .25 for returning.
