. The following from Gord Hykle -

I would like to thank all those people who expressed their get
well wishes re my eye problem over the past 2 yrs.  My doctors tell
me that my incurable "temporal arteritis" ailment has gone into
recession and medication will be reduced accordingly.  As well,
two eye operations to replace the lenses were successful and I can
now read the newspaper without glasses.  Also after a year and a
half I am back to driving myself and have retired my white cane.
Boy - do I feel good !! Thanks again.

. SMILIES.

John Hayes sends us these -

Instrument flying is an unnatural act probably punishable by God.

Flying is learning to throw yourself at the ground, and miss.

Arguing with a pilot is like wrestling with a pig in the mud,
after a while you begin to think the pig likes it.

~-=o0o=-~

.  That's it for this time, please we need your input, send
comments and email addresses of any others who may be
interested to Vesta with a copy to Terry.
