An irate woman is berating the agent because she just got off a Viscount arriving from the west --(sound of engines winding up outside as it prepares to depart)--and her bags aren't there for pickup. The agent guesses the bags are still aboard, so he runs into the office, calls the captain on the radio and says wait, we need to check the baggage hold again. (Sound of turbines winding down.) The agent runs out, opens the baggage door, finds the bags, runs in and delivers them to the woman.(Sound of engines starting once again.) As the woman heads for the door, the agent remarks how frustrating it is when someone carelessly marks the wrong letters on the baggage tags. "They showed her destination as Montreal, not Ottawa." In from the street comes a taxi driver, followed by the woman, in high dudgeon again, complaining about the outrageous fare the driver wants for taking her to the hotel. "Please," says the driver, "would you tell this woman that the Mount Royal is a hundred miles from here? That she is NOT in Montreal?" The agent runs for the radio.
