Youpi and employees campaign.
 Even Youpi, the Montreal Expos mascot, (pictured at left with passenger agent, Jurate Kop) got into the act and joined volunteers by participating in the Jerry Lewis Telethon during 1983 to aid the Muscular Dystrophy Association of Canada.Employees were prominent among those assisting in the Quebec campaign and some worked a straight 24-hour shift helping with calculations and tabulations of pledges. A group of company volunteers are shown in the photo below.

Ottawa takes over winners' circle.
A group of 50 Ottawa ACRA members enjoyed a night at the races during the fall 1985 even if not everybody came up a winner. The evening of harness racing at Rideau Carleton Raceway enjoyed a delicious meal and a race named after the group which presented the winning horse, 'Flying Turkey', with a beautiful blanket. While they were at it, the ACRA people had their picture taken in the winners' circle with 'Turkey'.
Rumour has it that a certain individual went home with his pockets bulging. Thanks go to Rick Hotte for organizing the event.

Jet set team competes.
A group of employees from Dorval 's Technical Centre took part in the third annual industry health and fitness competitions organized by the LaSalle/Verdun Chamber of Commerce in cooperation with Kino-Québec Sault-Saint-Louis. Members of the Jet Set team are, standing, from the left: Fernand Villemaire, Roland Boyer, Ross MacKenzie, and Réjean Rivest.
